RAPIM was established to develop world class professionals in different streams to take up challenges of the highly dynamic and competitive business environment. RAPIM prepares potential managers to face challenges and opportunities being posed by the corporate world with a high degree of proficiency and commitment. The curriculum that is often updated has been designed to stimulate the students into creative and innovative initiatives to deliver value and serve the society. The academic curriculum is updated continuously to cater to corporate and societal initiatives.

MBA and MBA (Services Management)

The Institute offers day time M.B.A and M.B.A. (Service Management) program and contains 24 core subjects. Students have the option to opt from a stream of electives to specialize in areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management and IT.

Admission to all the courses excluding the PhD program is through Podar Institute Of Management-Management Aptitude Test (PIM-MAT). The annual intake to these programs is 120. Graduates from prominent colleges having diverse background in science, engineering, arts and commerce, have been recipients of this program, making it a rich blend of varied skills and intellect. The selection is made on the basis of merit demonstrated through a most competitive and exhaustive admission procedure including Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The course is designed to develop an understanding of intricate functions of internal and external environments affecting business operations.

MBA-Executive Course

It is a two year program of study, leading to the MBA- Executive Course degree. It is a means of enhancing the professional knowledge and competence of service managers in corporate, government, non-government sector. The course is open to in-service executives and administrators and has proved to be a boon to promising executives looking for career enhancement, both in the private and the public sectors.

PhD

RAPIM offers Doctoral program. Admission to this program is through MPAT examination conducted by University of Rajasthan. Numbers are seats in this program depend upon the vacant seats under Professors.
